Refund policy

Returns & Refunds

30-day returns. Unworn footwear in its original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We do not provide prepaid return labels. Please use a tracked service; we cannot refund a parcel that does not arrive.

A 20% restocking fee applies to all returned items and is deducted from the refund. Example: a $101 pair refunds $80.80, and you cover the postage to send it back.

Exchanges. We no longer offer exchanges. If you need a different size, return the original under the terms above and place a new order, subject to availability.

What we cannot accept

  • Worn, washed or damaged items
  • Items without their original packaging
  • Items marked Final Sale, and gift cards
  • Items purchased through eBay, Poshmark or other marketplaces — those sales are governed by that platform's own policy

Promotional items. Free or discounted items received as part of a promotion must be returned with the order. Refunds are adjusted if the return changes the qualifying requirements.

How to start a return. Email support@weartheese.com with your order number and the item you are returning. We will confirm the return address before you ship. Returns sent without prior confirmation may not be processed.

Damaged or incorrect items. Check your order on arrival and tell us right away. If we sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged, we cover it in full: no return shipping cost and no restocking fee.

Refund timing. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of us receiving and inspecting the return. If you do not see it after 15 business days, contact us.

Warranty

THEESE no longer offers the 365-day waterproof guarantee. All footwear is sold as-is. This does not affect your rights under applicable consumer protection legislation in respect of goods that are defective at the time of sale.

Why this changed

THEESE is winding down operations. Remaining stock is limited and cannot be replaced, so exchanges are no longer possible and returned items often cannot be resold. The restocking fee reflects that.
