Our time estimates are based on business days. So weekends and holidays don't count!
For all our American and Canadian customers - once your order ships from our Canadian warehouse, you don't have to worry about any extra customs fees or duties.
Order Status and Tracking
Processing Times
It may take up to 3 days for your order to process. We're working to get your items packaged up as quickly as possible. We know waiting can be difficult, but rest assured we're rushing to get your order out soon!
"Shipped"
Don't stress if you see "Shipped" for a while after we've handed your package to the delivery folks. It just takes them a few days to get it scanned into their system. But it's already on its way to you!
Track Your Order

Once you get that tracking number, you can really keep tabs of your package's every move with constant updates! It'll even tell you the estimated delivery day.
Can't Find Your Order?
Make sure your info is correct and if it still cannot be located, reach out to our customer care crew. They'll get to the bottom of this!
My Package Shows Delivered, but I Can't Find It. What Do I Do?
- Check around bushes and patio furniture. We sometimes hide packages from thieves!
- Ask your neighbors if they accidentally got your goods. It happens!
- Swing by your front office or lobby. They may have taken it for safekeeping.
- If it's still missing, let our customer service team know ASAP. We'll figure this out!
