We take great pride in crafting THEESE in our manufacturing facility in China. Our waterproof knit shoes are expertly crafted by seasoned shoemakers using premium materials and quality manufacturing. So when you slip them on, you can feel good knowing THEESE were thoughtfully constructed to the highest standards—ensuring they’re ready to tackle any weather conditions!

Changes & Cancellations
How do I change or cancel my order?

Once your order is in, we understand that plans can change. While your shoes are still patiently waiting in our warehouse to be shipped , feel free to give us a shout at support@weartheese.com. We’ll do our utmost to check if cancellation is still an option for you.

However, once those wonderful THEESE shoes are processed and shipped out, canceling becomes a no-go. But don’t sweat it! If you need to make
changes, you’re always welcome to return the shoes once they’ve arrived –
we’re here to make it easy for you!

How will I know If my order was successful?

When you see our cheerful "You got THEESE" confirmation page, you’ll know everything went through A-OK! We’ll also send a confirmation email doubling down on the details so you can relax knowing your THEESE are on the way. If anything looks amiss, our customer service crew is on deck to make things right. We won’t rest until your order goes through with a smile!

What methods of payment does THEESE accept?

We accept major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Additionally, we support Apple Pay, PayPal, Google Pay, and Klarna (Buy Now, Pay Later).

Can I replace my insole?

You sure can replace the insole if needed! Our comfy inFoam™ is removable and made from natural materials like castor bean oil and anti-bacterial fabric. But heads up – our inFoam™ is specially designed to provide that signature THEESE cloud-like cushioning magic. If you swap them out, you might miss out on some of that oh-so-soft inFoam™ experience!

How do I clean my shoes?

To keep your knit shoes looking their best:

1. Use a lint roller to remove any dust
2. Clean gently with shoe cleaner and cool water. Use a soft brush for best results, especially with our knit shoes
3. Let them air dry
4. Regularly wipe them down to keep them fresh

With a bit of care, your shoes will stay stylish and ready for anything!

How do THEESE waterproof technology work?

Our top-secret waterproofing locks out rain but allows the feet to breathe! We seamlessly integrate a permanent waterproof membrane between layers, creating a super thin yet water-tight barrier. Unlike flimsy repellents, our technique bakes waterproofing into THEESE for guaranteed dryness that breathes! Pretty ingenious, right? THEESE will remain 100% waterproof and breathable come rain or shine. Our waterproofing wizardry lets you strut through storms without sweating!

Is the shoe non-slip?

THEESE are outfitted with rubber outsoles to keep you on your toes! While not officially non-slip rated, our quality rubber soles have plenty of traction to keep you stepping lively in all kinds of weather. A little rain or snow won’t slow down your strut when you’re rocking THEESE!

No slippery spills on our watch. Just cloud-like comfort and flexible rubber outsoles to keep you moving and grooving wherever you are!

What is the difference between water-resistant and waterproof?

Water-resistant or water resistance means a fabric can withstand light moisture for a short time before it starts to seep through. Waterproof means totally impervious to liquid – no water is getting through no matter what! THEESE are fully waterproof thanks to our magical sorcery…err…we mean ingenious waterproofing techniques. So feel free to stomp through those puddles without a care! Your feet will stay dry as can be.

Returns & Exchanges
Do you offer free return shipping?

We offer complimentary pre-paid return shipping labels for all unworn returns and exchanges within a 30-day window. You won’t incur any costs when sending items back to us. Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Just print the label, affix it to the return package, and let us take care of the return shipping – it’s on us!

How can I return my order?

Just head to over here and request a return. We’ll promptly send you a prepaid shipping label via email. All that’s left to do is attach it to the box and send it back. Easy as that!

How can I track my return?

You can track the status of your return here. Just pop in your order info whenever you want an update on your return shipment!

How long will it take for the funds to be returned to me?

Please allow 3-5 business days for return funds to process after we get your items back. We’ll notify you once your return is completed and your refund is on the way!

What is your return & exchange policy?

We’re all about making sure you adore THEESE! That’s why we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges within 30 days from the date of delivery for all items that haven’t been worn.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it
  • Unworn, unused
  • In its original packaging
  • Not a Final Sale item

To keep things simple, please ensure your shoes are in their original box, haven’t been worn, and are in tip-top condition. We want your THEESE experience to be nothing short of fantastic!

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is absolutely free within the US and Canada on any shoe order!

Is there express shipping?

You bet! Vancouver folks, get ready to experience some lightning-fast shipping! You can enjoy super-quick 1-2 day express shipping for just a flat $8 fee. And our friends in the US can snag the same speedy 2-4 day service for only $8 flat. Just click on that express option at checkout, and we’ll rush your THEESE straight to your doorstep.

The cost of express shipping will be calculated based on your
location during checkout for orders under the free shipping threshold,
so you’ll always know the exact price.

We always aim to give you the most accurate shipping estimates we
can, but please keep in mind that delivery times can vary due to factors
like order volumes, potential delays, and the holiday hustle and
bustle. And just so you know, when we talk about delivery times, we’re
talking about business days, so weekends and Canadian or US holidays
don’t count!

Once we’ve packed up your order and it’s all set to go from our
warehouse, give us a little extra time – about 1-3 business days for
processing – before the shipping countdown begins. Sometimes, Mother
Nature and a few unexpected surprises can play a part in delivery
schedules too. So hang in there, and we’ll make sure your THEESE are on
their way with a smile!

Tax and duties

For Canadian shipments, all applicable taxes are calculated during checkout. There are no additional duties or brokerage fees at delivery.

For US shipments, we handle all customs paperwork so there are no additional duties or taxes upon delivery, except for orders exceeding $800 USD, which may incur local customs fees. For specific details, contact your local customs office. We aim to keep fees transparent; so you can just focus on tracking your new THEESE!

When will my order ship and be delivered?

Most orders are shipped within 2-3 business days. Standard free shipping to the US and Canada takes 5-8 days on average. Expedited shipping is available for faster delivery.

We’re currently shipping to the US and Canada. Keep an eye out because we’ll be expanding to other regions for international shipping very soon!

Size Guide
What is the difference between Men and Women sizes?

Some men’s and women’s sizing options (e.g., M7/W8) have the same length measurements. The only difference is that women’s widths are crafted approximately 2 mm narrower.

Those with particularly narrow or wide feet may want to explore sizing options in the opposite sex category for the best fit. For example:

  • Women with wide feet wearing Women' Size 9 can consider a Men's Size 8.
  • Men with narrow feet wearing Men's Size 9, can consider a Women's Size 10.

Yes, all current THEESE sneakers use non-animal products and contain absolutely no animal-derived materials. Our knit upper, inFoam™ insole, and rubber outsole are completely animal and cruelty-free.
