We want to make sure you love THEESE. That’s why we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges within 30 days on unworn products. Whether you need an exchange or a refund, we’re here to make you smile.

Original Condition Required! If THEESE were worn outside, they’re not in original condition. Shoes should have no sidewalk dirt or street dirt or any dirt. For testing and sizing purposes, please wear indoors only!

To be eligible for a return or exchange, please follow these guidelines:

  • Return items in their original, unworn, unused condition. Shoes must be in their original box.
  • Keep the original box intact including all stuffers.
  • Package shoes in a box or poly mailer (do not affix return labels directly on the shoe box).
  • Not a Final Sale item

When your request is accepted, we’ll send you a postage paid return shipping label, as well as instructions on how to return the items. This will allow our system to process your exchange or refund quickly.

While exchanges for a different size are free of charge, a flat $10 fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the prepaid return shipping costs for refunds. Please note that items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Damages and issues

Inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately for any issues with defects, damages, or incorrect items.

Exchanges

Not the correct size? Go to our portal and do an exchange, we'll send out the correct size as soon as we receive your original order back. It's on us.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on final sale items or gift cards. Final sale items include any products marked down during special promotions and will be marked off as Final Sale.

Promotional Items and Inclusions

With qualifying purchases, we sometimes offer free or discounted bonus items. If you return items from a qualifying purchase, the promotional items must also be returned. A refund will be adjusted to subtract the original price of the promotional items should the returned item change the qualifying requirements.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we'll notify you and process your refund within 7-10 business days to your original payment method. Contact us if you haven't received your refund after 15 business days.
