Returns & Exchanges Policy  

We hope you absolutely love your THEESE products, but we understand that sometimes things just don’t work out. No worries—we’re here to make returns and exchanges simple and stress-free for you!

Quick Guidelines:

  • Return/Exchange Window: You have 30 days to return or exchange your items, starting from the day they were delivered.
  • Condition: Items must be in new and original condition—please try them on indoors to keep them spotless for returns. Remember, once used outdoors, they're no longer in new or original condition.
  • Packaging: Keep the original box (including all stuffers) and everything that came with it. Be sure to pack the box in a protective box or mailer to keep it safe—Don’t stick labels directly on the shoe box.
  • Eligibility: Items marked as Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to Start a Return or Exchange:

1. Start your return or exchange: Visit our Returns Portal and follow the instructions—it’s quick and easy!

2. We’ll send you a return label: Once your request is approved, we’ll email you a prepaid return shipping label along with easy-to-follow steps.

  • Need a different size? Exchanges are on us! Once we’ve received your item, we’ll ship out your replacement for free.
  • Prefer a refund? No problem! We’ll deduct a small $10 fee for return shipping and refund the rest directly to your original payment method.

Additonal Notes:

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: Check your order when it arrives. If there’s an issue, let us know right away so we can make it right.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Final Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • Promotional Items: Free or discounted items from promotions must also be returned. Refunds will be adjusted if the return changes qualifying requirements.

Refunds:

  • Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive your return.
  • If you don’t see your refund in 15 business days, please contact us.
